Chocorua Lake Conservancy

The Chocorua Lake Conservancy is an all-volunteer land
trust founded in 1968 to protect the scenic and natural resources of the Chocorua Lake Basin and surrounding area through conservation practices, land protection, easements, maintenance of lands for public access, and the development of a community of support.

The Chocorua Lake Conservancy owns or manages 931 acres of conservation land in the Chocorua Lake Basin, and has protected an additional 2,870 additional acres through 74 conservation easements and covenants on over 110 properties.
